Don’t settle for less than best practice in your teams’ skills development and competency and your safety obligations.
E hara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takimano, takitini.
“Success is not the work of one, but the work of many.”
Under the Energy and Chemical domain programs we are responsible for assessing your team to the required standard. At TTG, we follow the best practice pathways in accordance with Industry needs and feedback, and pride ourselves in being directly involved with the stakeholders who use these qualifications.
TTG Online, our online portal to everything related to your study, is where you can access online lessons relevant to your area of qualification. Our online classroom allows a trainee to access lessons, information and assessment material anywhere at any time. Our assessments also include using online access to assessors, outside of the normal scheduled site visits, to enhance your assessment process and speed up your progress.
TTG Online has been hugely successful in eliminating leave and travel to attend courses, and increases the face to face time with our tutors and assessors by allowing them more time to interact with the learners than in intensive workshops.
How can your team and business NOT benefit from our online learning?
At The Training Generation we specialise in guiding and supporting employers and employees in the process operations, energy and steam generation industries. Employer and Employee safety is paramount when working in the industry – we take this safety seriously.
We do not believe that ‘just enough’ information is developing a safe and skilled workforce, so we strive to deliver above and beyond the minimum standards required and develop the future of New Zealand’s workforce to be among the best in the world.
