Delivering the best on-job learning, assessment and
one to one mentoring for Energy and Chemical Operations

Need Energy & Chemical Plant training?

Work with the independent organisation that designed and wrote the current programs followed in New Zealand and visits your trainees on site.

TTG offer quality educational programs, mentoring and assessment to all of the Process Operations and Energy and Chemical industry,  lead by a qualified Operator to the NZ equivalent of Level 7, with over 40 years experience working in Energy and Chemical plants and Safety environments.

Our programs meet the HSWA 2015 requirements and follow Boiler Code of Practice procedures.  Our Technical Director and lead assessor has worked on Boilers and Process Plants internationally and has been a New Zealand registered assessor and moderator for over 15 years.

Don’t settle for less than best practice in your teams’ skills development and competency and meeting your safety obligations – is it worth the risk?

E hara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takimano, takitini.

“Success is not the work of one, but the work of many.”

TTG Online

TTG Online, our online portal to everything related to your study, is where you can access online lessons relevant to your area of program.   Our online classroom allows a trainee to access lessons, information and assessment material anywhere at any time.  Our assessments also include using online access to assessors, outside of the normal scheduled site visits, to enhance your assessment process and speed up your progress.

TTG Online has been hugely successful in eliminating leave and travel to attend courses, and increases the face to face time with our tutors and assessors by allowing them more time to interact with the learners than in intensive workshops.

How can your team and business NOT benefit from our online learning?

About Us

At The Training Generation we specialise in guiding and supporting employers and employees in the process operations, energy and steam generation industries. Employer and Employee safety is paramount when working in the industry – we take this safety seriously.

We do not believe that ‘just enough’ information is developing a safe and skilled workforce, so we strive to deliver above and beyond the minimum standards required and develop the future of New Zealand’s workforce to be among the best in the world.

I highly recommend The Training Generation as a learning provider and industry mentor. TTG’s support throughout the duration of my workplace training has been brilliant. I would also encourage anyone new to our industry to enrol with TTG.
